Most recently, he was Director Information Technology at University of Toronto, Faculty of Medicine. His career focuses on helping organizations transform the way they work through developing and implementing strategies that blend innovation, talent development, technology, and operational sustainability. Sam has pioneered many innovative solutions, working collaboratively with large groups of stakeholders to build the appropriate governance structures and teams that emphasize consensus building, timely decision making, and continual improvement.
