Our client, an early-stage clinical biotech, is seeking an accomplished executive to join their board of directors. This is an opportunity to join a respected board of industry professionals and experts, supporting a global biotechnology company to achieve a significant growth agenda.

The ideal candidate will bring deep financial markets expertise gained through a wealth of experience in US Life Sciences venture capital and/or investment banking or via a senior financial leadership role. This Board member will bring a refined perspective and insight on the current and emerging financing ecosystem. Prior public board experience is an asset but not a requirement. Ideally, he/she will have experience and/or capability to sit as an Audit committee member or Chair.
