The organization is seeking two accomplished executives to join their board of directors. This is an opportunity to join a respected board of industry professionals and experts, supporting a North American Rare Disease and Pharmaceutical company to achieve a significant growth agenda.

These Two Board Director opportunities can be based anywhere in North America.

The Board Member will bring a strong financial leadership background from the Life Sciences industry in the US market, where they have demonstrated a superior track record  as a Chief Financial Officer or similar capacity in a senior financial leadership position within a publicly-traded Life Sciences organization. Ideally, the Board Member will have had prior experience as a Member and/or Chairperson of an audit committee. Prior public board experience is an asset but not a requirement.

The board member will bring deep medical and regulatory expertise gained through a wealth of experience from pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology companies or a combination of both, having honed deep capabilities in working with US governing regulatory bodies (FDA), inclusive of regulatory strategy, drug development and medical affairs; ideally with direct therapeutic experience in Rare/Orphan disease. 

Prior public board experience is an asset but not a requirement.
