Most recently, RJ was the Head of Gastroenterology Business Unit with Takeda USA, where he was a member of Takeda’s US Executive Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing business in the US, including a $4B P&L accountability for 5 on-market assets, inclusive of franchise/marketing, sales, account teams, insights/analytics, launch planning, and leading the cross-functional GI leadership organization.
