Kurt Andrews

Kurt Andrews is a seasoned human resources executive with over 25 years of experience, principally providing strategic and operational leadership for the Human Resources function in public and private biotechnology companies. Prior to focusing on consulting, Kurt was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Immunomedics, helping lead the company through product approval, commercialization, and the sale to Gilead Sciences. Prior to Immunomedics, Kurt was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Amicus Therapeutics, the Vice President of Human Resources at Valeritas, and PTC Therapeutics earlier in his career.

Kurt’s current consulting practice focuses on helping companies develop strategy in the areas of talent acquisition and development, employee engagement and organizational culture, compensation and benefits, as well as organizational design and leadership development. Kurt holds an M.A. in Labor and Employment Relations, and a B.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
