With a highly professional, collaborative and engaging approach, Victoria is deeply committed to an outstanding client and candidate experience and outcome. Prior to her career in Executive Search, Victoria began her career in human resources and recruitment in the healthcare, higher education and retail industries, early experiences that shaped her commitment to diversity, collaboration and executive & team development. Victoria earned her honours undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto.
