Jesse Tepperman

Jesse Tepperman is an Associate Principal with the Bedford Consulting Group based out of the Toronto office. Prior to joining Bedford, Jesse served as the Director of Business & Legal Affairs for Boat Rocker Media, an integrated global entertainment company that creates, produces, and distributes premium content and brands for all platforms. Prior to joining Boat Rocker Media, Jesse was an Associate in the Corporate Group at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP. Jesse’s practice focused on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture financing transactions involving both private and public companies.

Jesse holds a Dual Canadian and American Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, as well as an MBA from the Odette School of Business and an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University. He is called to the Ontario Bar Association and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
