Howard Pezim

Howard is co-founder and Managing Director of Bedford—Canada’s largest independent executive search firm. For over 30 years, Howard has inspired leaders to choose his clients’ corporations for their careers. Howard’s particular areas of specialization include Retail, Consumer Products, Financial Services and Life Sciences.

Prior to founding the Bedford Group with his brother and Partner, Steven Pezim, Howard managed a recruiting firm in the Toronto area.  His current customer base includes a composite of multinational and privately held organizations and he has completed a broad range of C-Level assignments for those clients.  Howard takes pride in having built a very innovative executive search and top talent advisory organization that has become known for exceptional results and minimizing risk on very challenging search assignments.
