Alexander Lukas

Alex Lukas is a Researcher/Consultant at The Bedford Group, based in Vancouver, supporting executive search mandates across Mining & Metals, Construction, Engineering, Not-For-Profit, Private Education, and Clean Technology.

Alex moved to Canada from Scotland in 2025, having built his research career in London with The Green Recruitment Company and Venari Partners, focused on renewables, energy markets, and sustainability leadership across cleantech and hard-to-abate sectors. Since relocating, he has practiced independently in British Columbia.

Alex holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Glasgow and a postgraduate degree from Glasgow Caledonian University. He also holds professional certificates in international energy policy, sustainability and circularity, and applied AI. He also maintains an active presence as an international freeskiing competition judge.
