Amrit Sandhu is a Client Partner at The Bedford Group TRANSEARCH, where he leads executive search and leadership advisory mandates across the AI, Cleantech, and Built World sectors. He partners with boards, founders, and executive teams to help build the leadership capacity required to navigate transformation, scale operations, and seize emerging opportunities. Amrit brings an entrepreneurial lens to his work, particularly in high-growth, VC- and PE-backed environments where leadership strategy is critical.

With over 25 years of experience in human resources and business transformation, Amrit draws on a deep foundation in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, M&A integration, and culture-building. His career spans senior HR roles at several of Canada’s most recognized companies, with proven impact across energy, infrastructure, and industrial technology. He is also known for bringing a sharp understanding of business models and growth inflection points—allowing him to act not only as a talent advisor, but as a strategic partner to his clients.

His work spans both executive search and compensation advisory, giving clients a full-spectrum view of how to attract, motivate, and retain top-tier leadership. Amrit has also championed enterprise-wide initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion, including programs that equipped leaders to embed inclusive hiring practices and create cultures of belonging.

Amrit’s approach is candid, collaborative, and outcomes-driven—rooted in building credibility, trust, and high personal visibility with both clients and candidates. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and an MBA from McGill University.
