Louise Finn

Louise is the Associate Principal at Bedford Group who contributes to the successful completion of mandates and supports business development in the education and non-profit sectors. She brings 10 years of diverse recruiting experience to the team and excels at managing relationships with clients and executives to build trust and drive results. Louise comes to Bedford from the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, home to Canada’s leading professional level graduate programs in public policy and global affairs, where she prepared emerging leaders for rewarding careers in the public sector, non-profits, think tanks and NGO’s.

Louise graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Sociology and earned High Honours in the Human Resources Management program at Sheridan College (GPA 4.0/4.0). She is a member of the Toronto Chapter of the HRPA and is in the process of gaining the CHRP credential.

Born in Brussels, Louise has lived in five countries. She credits her natural curiosity, innovative nature and big picture thinking to the early international experiences of her youth. Louise lives in Oakville and contributes to her community as a pro-bono consultant offering program design and development to connect job seekers with employers through the Kerr Street Mission.
