4836 Head of Marketing and Channel Strategy
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical organization.
The Head of Marketing and Channel Strategy is responsible for developing and operationalizing the marketing strategy across the portfolio, inclusive of product, channel and direct to consumer marketing.
More specifically, he/she will lead a team of 7 and develop the strategy and provide the leadership required to transform the marketing team from a reactive sales support function, into a high performing and proactive strategic business enabler. This will entail maximizing market growth opportunities across the current diverse product portfolio while concurrently aiding in the development of strategy and the execution of product launch plans for the organization’s forthcoming assets.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of extensive marketing leadership experience and a proven track record in developing marketing and channel strategies in highly competitive market segments within the Life Sciences and/or Consumer Packaged Goods space where they have delivered superior business results.
Critical to success in this role will be the incumbent’s strategic, creative and analytical capabilities coupled with his/her business acumen. He/she is dedicated, disciplined and passionate with exceptional communication, relationship building and influencing skills, which have been honed within a high performance matrixed, multinational environment.
