4778 Vice President, Total Rewards
Bedford is currently recruiting a Vice President, Total Rewards for a leading global entertainment technology company specializing in immersive motion picture technologies.
Based in Toronto, the Vice President, Total Rewards will report directly to the Executive Vice President, Human Resources and will lead a team of approximately 7 through 2 direct reports consisting of the Director of Payroll and the Director of Global Compensation, Benefits and HRIS. He/she will be responsible for the development and execution of a global, scalable and competitive total rewards strategy for all levels up to and including Executives.
Critical to success will be the incumbent’s ability as a subject matter expert in executing innovative and competitive programs to attract, motivate and retain top talent in an international environment. He/she will possess global experience leading all aspects of a comprehensive total rewards program with the ability to effectively communicate the strategy to all levels of the organization, tailoring as appropriate to the audience.
